BusyLiving is for all things property: apartment blocks, serviced apartments, hotels, serviced offices, co-working spaces and even parking spaces! It is for event organisers and conference providers, and clubs too.

Using this app you can showcase the best of what your building or business has to offer with information tiles, transactions supported by Stripe and built in marketing tools too.

You can sell tickets to events, book venues, ration facilities, rent spaces, sell services and stock and collate and forward orders to third party suppliers. If doesn’t matter whether what you want to run is free or paid – put simply – this app will organise it all for you. BusyLiving is for space providers - whether that be parking spaces, co-working or office space.

We’ve made marketing so simple that you just drop in images, slogans and offers to distribute to your members. Quite simply you can market everything and anything, even collect and store members preferences to market to them, only what they like.

This app is for anyone who wants to run and collect subscriptions from members: it is suitable for community groups, sports clubs and churches, as well as any type of organisation that wants to promote lifestyle.

BusyLiving connects members through app notifications and messaging and drums up support for events by email and app notifications.

The repairs module lets members log, track and rate repairs. If you set your service level agreement then contractors get to see your target response times so they focus them on beating your targets to get a good rating from their tenants.

How it works:
You get a native app for your members, and a super user native app for your staff, so your staff can become your sales agents and make bookings for your customers and see what facilities need preparing, all on the go. The native app is supported by a web portal with an enviable dashboard that shows your team what is booked for any particular day as well as if stock is running out.
You can require your users to be ‘members’ with disclaimers for cash or for free.
Also, if some facilities require membership, e.g., the gym as induction is required that is possible too.
